IF YOU’RE looking for elegant and innovative timepieces, then head over to the Time Kulture exhibition by Swiss Watch Gallery at Gurney Paragon Mall in Penang.

The Valiram-owned Swiss Watch Gallery returns for the second time to Penang and is showcasing six prestigious Swiss-made brands.

Among the signature pieces are Bell & Ross, Graham, Maurice Lacroix, Oris, TAG Heuer and Tissot.

“Themed ‘Revolution by Time Kulture’, it is a tribute to the new school of watch-making that embraces technology and innovation.

“Visitors will get a chance to witness the latest 2017 key watch novelties while enjoying a host of preferential privileges and activities designed for the event,” said Valiram marketing manager K. Sharmini during a media tour at the mall recently.

Bell & Ross presents its BR V2-94 Bellytanker, a limited edition of 500 pieces of watches originated from the emergency drop tank fitted in the belly of fighter planes in the 40s and 50s.

Graham is showcasing 100 pieces of the Chronofighter Vintage Nose Art Ltd which is the limited edition featuring its four designs called Sally, Anna, Lilly or Nina.

Maurice Lacroix presents its Masterpiece Double Retrograde with its 43mm stainless steel case.

The case features hours, minutes and a small seconds display with a power reserve indicator besides a retrograde indicator displaying the hour in a second time zone, while another retrograde hand to indicate the date.

Also available is the Aikon Bronze, a 388 limited edition, which provides its wearer with the opportunity to personalise their watch with daily wear.

Oris has brought in its new series Artelier Calibre 113, which is the company’s fourth series of highly innovative and high-functioning watches powered by in-house developed movements.

It shares the same base architecture as Oris Calibres 110, 111 and 112, but features a novel business calendar that shows the day, date, week and month of the year.

It also features a 10-day power reserve, a patented non-linear power reserve indicator and a small seconds dial.

TAG Heuer is proudly showcasing Formula One triple world champion, the late Ayrton Senna’s special collection.

Tissot has its Everytime Swissmatic, which is an affordable timepiece for watch lovers.
