The carnival, held in collaboration with Zone 9 Residents Committee (JKP) and the Local Youth Movement (Penggerak Belia Tempatan), was to encourage Puchong folk to embrace a health lifestyle and take up recreational activities such as futsal.

It was also aimed at fostering ties, unity and patriotism within the community.

The event was packed with activities, which included “soccer kids”, tug of war, carom competition, folk sports and games, performances by buskers, as well as talks by the police and Fire and Rescue Department.
