KOTA KINABALU: Kimchi, the fermented cabbage that is inseparable from the Koreans, could soon become a made-in-Sabah delicacy.

In a bid to introduce production of new types of food, the Industrial Development and Research Department (DIDR) organised a kimchi making course in Kundasang.
