Goodies galore and more at fair

Star Media Group events and promotions executive Janice Tan briefing a group of exhibitors on the event at Queensbay Mall, Penang.

ATTRACTIVE prizes await visitors to the StarProperty.my Fair 2017 at Queensbay Mall in Penang next week.

A serviced suite in Petaling Jaya worth more than RM550,000 is up for grabs in the Win A Home (WAH) Campaign while the daily Spin & Win Contest offers prizes such as tablets and smartphones.

Visitors who register at The Star contest booth at the mall’s north atrium during the fair from Oct 19 to 22 will be eligible to take part in the WAH Campaign. Those who place bookings or buy homes from any of the 20 exhibitors at the event will get more entries and stand a higher chance to win.

To take part in the Spin & Win Contest, visitors have to cut out the contest form published in The Star for the corresponding date, fill in their personal particulars and answer a simple question correctly to redeem a spin on the wheel at the contest booth.

Every participant is guaranteed to take something home but to qualify for the daily special draw at 8pm, they are required to obtain two stamps by successfully spinning for two ‘Stars’.

Only original entry forms are accepted and one form qualifies for one spin.

Visitors who sign up for properties during the fair will be given 10 spins on the wheel while those who sign up or renew The Star subscription package at the event will get 10 or five spins respectively.

Those who register for the Nov 19 Fit For Life Fun Run 2017 at the contest booth will receive an instant gift (subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis) and will be given a free spin on the wheel.

Prizes worth over RM50,000 are up for grabs in the Spin & Win Contest. Among the special prizes are four units each of the Samsung Galaxy J5 Pro, Samsung Galaxy J3 Pro and Samsung Tab A 8.0.

Those who join the Star Property.my Buyers’ Sentiment Survey 2017 (bit.ly/spbuyersurvey) will stand a chance to win prizes which include powerbank, USB flash drive, travel luggage and a Samsung P355 Galaxy Tab A 16GB.

Property developers who have signed up for the fair are Asia Green Group, Ideal Property Group, Sunway Bhd, Prisma Bumiraya Sdn Bhd, IJM Land, Aspen Group, Ewein Zenith Sdn Bhd, IOI Properties Group, Mah Sing Group Bhd, Iconic Land Sdn Bhd, Aroma Development Sdn Bhd, Symphony Life Sdn Bhd, JKP Sdn Bhd, Aman Setia Group, Uni Suites, Emerald Residence, TF Land Sdn Bhd, VST Group of Companies, Zeon Properties Sdn Bhd and Hatten Land.

A briefing session was held for their representatives at Queensbay Mall on Wednesday for them to check out the event venue.

The exhibitors’ booths will be located at the ground floor and lower ground floor of the mall’s central concourse, north and south zone.

The fair will be open from 10.30am to 10.30pm daily over the four days. Admission is free.
