Organising chairman Asok Kumar Poduval said shoppers would receive a lucky draw coupon for every RM50 spent from now until Oct 17.
The carnival which started on Aug 12 was organised by the Malaysian Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MICCI), Penang.
