RESIDENTS and other stakeholders in Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur, are upset again this year by the festive bazaar stalls they say are inconveniencing them.
They complained that the stalls obstruct traffic and blocked the tactile pieces on the ground meant to guide the blind.
