Bercham People’s Representative Committee chairman Raymond Choo (right, standing) speaking about problems faced by the residents of Bercham Flats to Low (third from left) and Ipoh City Council’s Commissioner of Buildings chief Norizan Mohd Amin (second from left) during the emergency general meeting.

DESPITE the organisation of an emergency general meeting, the long-standing problems faced by Bercham Flats residents remain unresolved due to the absence of several key figures.

Due to this and the poor turnout by the flat’s residents themselves at the meeting Ipoh City Councillor Aldrich Low Coupled lamented that the meeting did not achieve its objective.
