IN WHAT was described as a rare opportunity even for Japanese, people in Ipoh got the chance to witness the beauty and art of Japanese traditional music and dance during the Perak leg of the Rakuyo-za Malaysia Tour.
Held last Saturday at the banquet hall of the State Secretariat building, five renowned artistes from Japan put on a mesmerising show with traditional music instruments and minyo (Japanese folk songs).
