TRAVELLING time between Valdor near Sungai Bakap and Batu Kawan in Penang is expected to be reduced once the road and bridge project in Sungai Tengah is completed in February, 2019.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said the construction of the road and toll-free bridge stretching 1.2km costing RM22.13mil is being carried out by the Penang Development Corporation.
