TWO sundry shops that were makeshift slaughterhouses in Pekan Subang, Section U6 of Shah Alam, were slapped with compounds and had their livestock seized in an early morning raid by Shah Alam City Council (MBSA).

The shop along Jalan Taman Subang Jasa 2, which had a licence to sell dry and wet goods, had beef hanging from the ceiling and some strewn on the floor, including a large fish on a dirty chopping board.
