MIRI: Technical and vocational education training (TVET) provides vast opportunities for skillful individuals to contribute to the country’s economy, said Sarawak Assistant Tourism Minister Datuk Lee Kim Shin.

He said as Malaysia was fast moving towards high-income status by 2020, there was a need for 3.2 million skilled and semi-skilled workers in industries such as tourism, oil and gas and construction.
