MAH SING Group Bhd has launched the M Centura Sales Gallery to introduce its first high-rise residential development in Sentul.
Located at Maxim Citylights, the gallery is a stone’s throw from the actual development site.
It showcases M Centura with a scale model and two fully furnished show units, offering prospective buyers a clearer view of the integrated development.
The M Centura show units gives prospective buyers a glimpse into the actual layout of the three- and four-bedroom units.
Mah Sing chief executive officer Datuk Ho Hon Sang shared that the freehold development is designed to feature two- to four-bedroom layouts.
“Our aim is to maximise the usage of space to enable a comfortable lifestyle for our buyers,” said Ho.
He said among the key selling points include the 0.4ha resort facilities which comprise features such as swimming pool, floating gym, laundry bar, childcare room, green features and a three-tier security system.
The development will also be using an integrated garbage disposal system; a feature that is typically available in high-end developments, such as the developer’s Icon Residence in Mont Kiara and M City in Jalan Ampang.

“The development’s prime location is also key for prospective buyers, with the development linking to major roads and public transport,” Ho pointed out.
M Centura is about 5km to the Kuala Lumpur City Centre, and is connected to various locations via highways such as DUKE and MRR2.
Upon completion, residents will also enjoy free shuttle services, giving them access to pick-up and drop-off points at LRT and upcoming MRT stations.
With prices starting from RM328,000, Ho said the development caters to first-time homebuyers, working professionals, young families and upgraders.
Mah Sing group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said the launch of M Centura aims to address the market demand to deliver more affordable but high quality properties.
“While the group’s business is in developing properties, its greater role is in developing the nation through building homes for all levels of society,” he noted.
Leong added that the appetite for contemporary architecture and luxury facilities is much greater now than it was five years ago.
“Buyers are now hunting for competitive prices in prime locations and we will do our best to deliver,” he said.

Speaking at the launch, Tengku Adnan lauded the efforts of the developer to create luxury homes at an affordable price.
“We hope there will be more developments like this; developers must give back to the community,” he said.
