BATU PAHAT: For the past five years, residents in Taman Batu Pahat here have been putting up with the stench from their neighbour’s house which was filled with rubbish.

The house, belonging to a 43-year-old woman living on her own, was covered with bags of rubbish, aluminium cans, old furniture and other items that she hoarded over the years, to the extent that her neighbours were disgusted by the smell and flies in the area.
