HEAVY rain did not dampen the spirits of the pupils in SJK (C) Kwang Hwa in Sungai Nibong, Penang, as they waved the Jalur Gemilang proudly.

The pupils from Years Four to Six gathered at the school’s assembly area with the mini flags they put together from cutout templates printed in The Star’s special edition on Friday.
