GOVERNMENT-friendly policies that make it easier to do business at a lower cost and consistency in implementation are among the wishlist items by Malaysia Retail Chain Association (MRCA) president Datuk Garry Chua for Budget 2018.
The easing of policies for the business sector would include addressing the shortage of skilled labour and uncertainties in taxes, he said.
