A NEW sense of excitement is expected among participants of Penang Starwalk 2017 as the event enters its 40th edition at a new venue — Gurney Paragon Mall.
More than 20,000 participants will have the opportunity to explore a different part of Penang island during the 7km fun walk as they hit the streets tomorrow morning.
