Taking a break after 37 years in police force

THIRTY seven years of service in the police force had taught him integrity, discipline, wisdom and above all humility, said George Town deputy OCPD Supt Abdul Rahman Ahmad who retired on Aug 31.

“I have plans for the future but I would like to take a rest for a while before starting something new,” said the 60-year-old after the ceremony for the handing over of duties at the district police station in Jalan Patani, Penang, recently.
