PROPERTY developers participating in the upcoming Star Property Fair 2015 from March 12 to 15 are gearing up to woo potential buyers with irresistible offers and packages.
The four-day fair will be be held at Sunway Carnival Mall and Sunway Carnival Convention Centre in Seberang Jaya from 10am to 10pm daily.
Visitors will be spoilt for choice as about 25 exhibitors have confirmed participation.
“The fair will be the ideal one-stop centre for property investors and families looking for their dream home,” said Star Publications (M) Bhd advertising sales and business development senior manager (north) Simone Liong.
“There will be launches, previews and existing properties to choose from.
“The developers will offer a wide range of properties from affordable to luxury projects,” she said after a briefing session for exhibitors at Sunway Carnival Convention Centre in Seberang Jaya yesterday.
Liong added that there would also be auctioned properties.
“So visitors can compare the new units with those in the secondary market,” she said.
