Show units for development set for unveiling

Following the successful launches of the first two residential towers in the Tropicana Gardens development, developer Tropicana Corp Bhd will be unveiling the show units of the highly anticipated third tower, Cyperus Serviced Residences, this weekend.

Cyperus will be the first serviced residence to feature fully-furnished apartments. It offers studio, two-bedroom and three-bedroom residential units with built-up areas ranging from 600sq ft to 1,404sq ft. There will be a total of 406 units and are priced from RM700,000.
