LOOKING laid-back and relaxed in casual tee and black jeans, Muhammad Alif Abd Hadi, better known as Alif Hadi, glided around the skatepark when met at our photoshoot.

A familiar face in TV shows, commercials and print advertisements, the DC Shoes ambassador is naturally very comfortable in front of the camera.

After graduating with a law degree, Alif decided to follow his heart and ventured into the entertainment industry instead.

When he’s not busy with his entertainment career, he indulges in skateboarding, a hobby he picked up from a friend when he was 14 years old.

While it helps to get him through the bad days, getting the tricks right gives him a fulfilling sense of achievement.

And even now, the 28-year-old strives to combine both his interests every chance he gets.

Alif Hadi (DC shoes) for ModLife.

StarMetro shot some questions to Alif to find out what else makes the man tick:

Describe yourself in three words.

Easy-going, outspoken, joker.

When was your most memorable moment as a skateboarder?

Skating alongside one of my idols, Arto Saari from Finland during his skate tour in the UK. And being part of the DC Shoes family.

Speaking of DC Shoes, which is your favourite design?

The DC Heathrow.

Football.

Is there a principle that you live by?

Have your own principle, stick to it and you will be fine. Unless your principle keeps changing. (chuckles)
