Colourful monkey tales by 44 artists


Paintings of monkeys done by some of the younger children, who are as young as three years old. The participants are all students of Phillip Wongs Everyone Can Paint, Paint From Our Heart programme.

JAPANESE expatriate Yukiko Umeda felt like she was surrounded by monkeys – in the literal and figurative sense.

The mother-of-two was standing in the middle of an art exhibition featuring monkeys as subjects, while her boisterous boys chased each other around Artseni Gallery.
