WHEN Dr Zubaidah Ibrahim took notice of children loitering around Fraser’s Hill after school hours, she thought of starting a community library at the popular highland destination.
The retired university lecturer, along with volunteers Roger T. Bell and Michael Sebastian, took it upon themselves to see to it that the idea came to life.
