THIS week, we feature three new apps for Android and iOS, where one unique game will have you addicted for hours, an app that lets you place orders at your favourite restaurants and perform mathematical operations naturally using your handwriting, on your smartphone.

Stop app

This is a very unique game. The only thing you have to remember on Stop! is, tap the screen means Stop! to win all the points.

You tap and hold to avoid obstacles and that is the objective of the game. Sounds simple enough but it is highly addictive.

Slurp app

With a tap of a button, you can request for your food to be delivered to a specific address. When you are in a restaurant, you can use this app to place your orders as well. However, the restaurants need to be equipped with Slurp and have tables labelled with the Slurp QR codes in order for the app to work.

MyScript calculator app

To put it simply, you have the same experience as writing on paper with the advantages of a digital device with this app.

Just write the mathematical expression on the screen then let MyScript technology convert the symbols and numbers to digital text.

Use your handwriting to write any arithmetic formula on smartphones and tablets.

It has a clean interface and good features.

To make this app better, the developers should think about showing the steps to the answers, which it doesn’t provide.
