RESIDENTS of Taman Usaha, Permatang Tinggi, in Bukit Mertajam, Penang, are living in fear of a dengue outbreak due to an abandoned construction project in their area.
Taman Usaha Residents Association chairman M. Rajamurthy, 62, said the project involving 11 shophouses came to a halt several years ago and nothing had been done to date.
