JAPANESE-Chinese chef Kentaro Chen of the two Michelin-starred restaurant Shisen Hanten is collaborating with executive chef James Ho of the Oriental Group for two exclusive evenings in Kuala Lumpur.Kentaro, a rising star in Asia’s culinary scene, is the grandson of the late chef Chen Kenmin, regarded as Japan’s “Father of Sichuan Cuisine” and the eldest son of renowned Iron Chef Chen Kenichi.

To-date, the Shisen Hanten chain boasts 14 branches in six cities across Japan.
