From the Land of the Rising Sun are assorted nori maki, saba teriyaki, chawan mushi, sukiyaki, sanma, seafood tempura and cold soba noodle, to name a few.
Vietnamese delights include bo la lot (grilled beef in wild betel leaf) and ca tim nouong (grilled eggplant with herbs and garlic) while Thailand tempts with fish green curry and vermicelli noodle with shrimp, tofu and coconut milk.
Over at the Chinese corner are assorted dim sum, steamed fish with soya sauce and braised chicken Chinese style while from Singapore are Singapore fried noodle with seafood and wonton soup.
India features a scrumptious selection consisting papadam, buri, Indian mutton curry and lamb chettinad, and from Malaysia are sambal udang, laksa and satay, amongst others.
Western interpretations comprise of mussel with cocktail sauce, roma tomato cream soup, ravioli with olive oil and herbs, and seafood thermidor.
For more variety are hot dishes such as duck breast with mango and balsamic vinegar, minced chicken ball, fish fillet on braised fennel with creamy vanilla sauce, and beef fillet with forest mushroom sauce.
There are also fresh oysters on ice, roasted free range chicken with gravy, and a salad bar with dressing and condiments.
Rounding up are desserts like coconut tartelette, Indonesian layer cake, red bean pancake and banana fritters.
Alternatively on Friday is the Mediterranean Seafood Splash Buffet that is similarly priced. For both the buffets, add on RM10 nett per person for free flow of soft drinks, RM20 nett for beer and RM30 nett for wine.
The highlight is the seafood on ice with choices like poached prawn, smoked mackerel, pink shrimps, New Zealand mussel, snow crab, Japanese eel and butter fish.
To further tantalise are seafood bouillabaisse with rouille and crouton, Italian pasta, fritto-misto (deep fried battered vegetables and seafood), marinated beef and chicken kebab.
Hot dishes are an appetising spread comprising eggplant and minced lamb moussaka, Greek-style fish fillet, slow-cooked duck leg on roasted pumpkin, Tunisian chicken tajine, and Lebanese spinach curry.
Desserts include fruit pavlova, baklava, assorted fruit mousse in glass, pistachio and chocolate cake, baked peach with almond, and crepe with assorted toppings.
