The menu includes Marinated Sous Vide Beef Ribs served with Yorkshire Pudding, Honey Glazed Meatloaf with Grilled Pineapple and Onion Sauce, Wok-Fried Crab with Sweet Sour Sauce, Sambal Udang Petai, Aloo Ghobi, Chicken and Beef Satay with Peanut Sauce and Sarawak Laksa. Desserts include Mini Easter Cupcakes, Mixed Nuts Pie, Meringue Tart, Dark Chocolate Fountain, chocolate brownies and tiramisu.
