Indulge in rich and creamy praline moist cake throughout April at Melting Pot Cafe, Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Forget the calorie content, go ahead and indulge in this sweet delight. This crowd-pleasing dessert consists of three layers of chocolate moist cake with silky smooth pralinosa butter cream sandwiched in between the layers. A layer of chocolate ganache covers the top layer and is garnished with some fresh berries and chocolate decoration to complete the look. While the name may suggest Melakan cuisine, the restaurant dishes up a mix of Nyonya and local favourites, offering a wide array of rich and unique traditional Malaysian fare.
