Acclaimed chef Walter Ishizuka will showcase his creative cuisine during an exclusive gastronomy promotion at Prime, Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur. He is known for blending classic French fare with a delicate approach to flavour and texture derived from his Japanese heritage. Hailing from Lyon, France, Ishizuka had the privilege of working at Lyon’s famous three Michelin-starred restaurant owned by the master of French cuisine, the late Paul Bocuse, whom Ishizuka cited as a mentor who taught him everything he knew about cooking. The promotion is available for lunch and dinner. Lunch is available from Nov 21 to 23, without wine pairing. It is priced at RM88 nett per person (two courses) and RM108 nett per person (three courses). Dinner is available from Nov 21 to 25, with an optional wine pairing.
