Chef’s signature dishes
Chynna at Hilton Kuala Lumpur is presenting a selection of Chinese executive chef Lam Hock Hin’s creations over the years with Chynna’s Signature Special Set Menu II. Lam is known for emphasising quality and presentation as well as drawing inspiration from local ingredients. The 11-course menu includes Kaori Bako, Anchovies and Crispy Peking Duck, Butter Milk Prawn with Egg Flakes and Scented Curry Leaves, Wok-Seared Hokkaido Scallop, Asparagus with XO Sauce, Black Pepper Beef with Jade Kale, and Japanese Somen with Preserved Bean and Miso Broth. The set is priced at RM338 per person. The dishes are also available in Chynna’s Signature Special A La Carte Menu. These menus are available for lunch and dinner until the end of this month.
