Highlights from the menu are flavourful dishes such as whole-roasted lamb, briyani, gearbox soup, Gulai Perut Rebung (tripe cooked with bamboo shoots), Daging Salai Mangga Muda (smoked beef cooked with unripe mango) and ekor asam pedas (ox-tail in spicy-sour broth).
