Those hankering for red meat can go for Szechuan Crusted Lamb Loin and Braised Shank with curried brinjal, zucchini, asparagus and Shauxing wine.
Rounding off the specials is Red Date and White Chocolate Cake, a decadent dessert elevated by apricot gel, gooseberry, raspberry and chili sorbet.
