Nook will be rocking the festivities with an array of offerings for a truly spirited season. The buffet spread will highlight traditional festive dishes plus local speciality dishes. The menu includes Oven-Roasted Garlic Rosemary Whole Turkey, Herbed Crumbed Roasted Lamb Leg, Beef Stroganoff, Braised Hickory Smoked Short Rib, pumpkin pie and traditional Christmas log cake, as well as Asian dishes such as Stewed Beef in Turmeric and Coconut, Prawns with Chilli Paste and Stink Beans, and Fried Bamboo Shoot with Olive Leaves.
