THE annual Guest Chef Grand Dinners series by Oriental Group of Restaurants is back in its ninth year with the classic Nanyang Cantonese cuisine which will take centre stage.
The group’s executive chef Justin Hor will collaborate with Hong Kong-born chef Peter Tsang from Si Chuan Doi Hua Parkroyal Singapore to compose two eight-course menus.
