Nook celebrates Fathers Day with a buffet of international and local delicacies. At Nook’s carving station are Rosemary and Garlic Studded Leg of Lamb with Homemade Mint Sauce, Cedar Plank Honey Mustard Glazed Side of Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce or Honey Mustard Sauce. The star here is the Bone-in-Beef Rib Roast with Mushroom Thyme Demi-Glaze or Barbecue Sauce. The spread will also feature casseroles, local dishes and chilled offerings.
