Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel’s Celestial Court is offering a new Imperial Dim Sum Brunch special. Diners can choose from a menu of traditional and contemporary dim sum dishes, served steamed, pan-fried, deep-fried, stir-fried or baked. The chef’s recommendation includes Premium Squid Ink Gold Dust ‘Har Kao’, Signature Mini Abalone ‘Siew Mai’, Crystal Spinach Dumpling with Prawn and Scallop Topped with Caviar, Seafood Grouper Dumpling with Century Egg and Asparagus served with XO Sauce and Pumpkin Puree, Shanghainese Dumpling in Tom Yam Broth, and Imperial ‘Jiao Zhi’ with Sun-dried Scallop and Winter Melon served in Chicken Consomme. For sweet endings, enjoy Chilled Mango Cream with Pomelo and Sago, Black Glutinous Rice Cream with Assorted Fruits and Crispy Banana Fritters with Pandan Lotus Paste.
