YEE Sang Pizza, anyone? To celebrate Chinese New Year, the chefs at Grand Lexis and Lexis Port Dickson have come up with a unique take on the much-loved raw fish salad.
Before you balk at the idea, consider the ingredients: a pizza crust generously spread with tomato base, and topped with finely sliced salmon, pickled vegetables, crispy deep-fried wanton skin, crushed roasted peanuts and mozzarella – the perfect balance of flavours and textures!
