Back by popular demand is chef Yuichi Kamimura, who will be taking guests on a culinary adventure during a special four-day event at Saujana Hotels & Resorts. The chef is the owner of Kamimura, an iconic Michelin-starred French restaurant located in Niseko, Japan. Available for lunch and dinner, the menu at Kogetsu, The Saujana Hotel Kuala Lumpur on Oct 19 and 20 can be paired with sake (RM280 per person for lunch, RM380 per person for dinner), while the experience at Senja, The Club Saujana Resort Kuala Lumpur on Oct 21 and 22 offers optional wine pairing (RM280 per person for lunch, RM420 per person for dinner). Kamimura’s four-course lunch menu includes a Salad of Crab, Mozzarella and Avocado with Cucumber Sorbet and Roast Duck Breast with Risotto for the main course. Marrying both Japanese and French elements, the six-course dinner includes a trio of Cured Flounder Sashimi on Seaweed, Sea Urchin and Lemon, and Marinated Prawn Sashimi, Grilled Salmon with Smoked Salmon Roe and Butter Powder, as well as the Chargrilled Wagyu Sirloin with Hashed Potato and Veal Jus.
