A VARIETY of delicious kampung fare is awaiting diners at the Heritage Hotel Ramadan Buffet this month of fasting.

The hotel’s main chef, Mohd Shahrizal Kamaruddin revealed that the dinner spread at Polo Cafe would feature many local favourites including Ayam Masak Madu Kurma, Beef curry with Potatoes; and Ikan Tilapia Tauchu with Cucumber.

“There will also be Fried Clams with Belacan, and Udang Sambal Petai.

“Apart from local dishes, there will also be our house specialty – the Heritage Special Roasted Whole Lamb, besides Penang char koay teow and lok-lok.

“There will also be a laksa stall, goreng-goreng stall, satay stall, and chicken rice stall,” he added.

To end the good meal are a variety of Malaysian desserts such as ice kacang, Malay kuih, ice cream, taufu fah, cakes, tarts and puddings.

The buffet, available from June 8 to July 4, from 6.30pm to 10pm daily,is priced at RM55 nett for adults and RM35 nett for children.

Early birds only pay RM49.99 nett when dining in the first week of the Ramadan buffet promotion.
