YUMMY! – that is my description of Jia Mei’s fried mee hoon cooked in home-made soy sauce, served with fresh succulent prawns, cockles and is topped with fried egg.
Having it with the home-made fresh lemon chilli sauce was awesome as the acidic element teased the palate, binding the flavours together with an obvious presence of garlic coming through.
