MAKAN Kitchen in Double Tree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur is taking Malaysian cuisine up a notch by incorporating yellowfin tuna in its local dishes.
The Yellowfin Tuna and Seafood promotion, which will be held from Nov 6 to Dec 26, will see five specialty dishes — Torched Tuna Belly with Garlic Soy Vinaigrette, Grilled Tuna Tikka Skewers, Tuna Tartare Kerabu with Tanghoon, Tuna Nyonya Laksa and Tuna Umai with Mango Salad — taking centre stage.
