“The journey of Malaysian East Coast Flavours” continues on at InterContinental Kuala Lumpur’s Serena Brasserie Berbuka Puasa buffet until July 15. The dinner is priced at RM139nett per adult on the first and fourth week of the month of Ramadan, and RM152nett per adult on the second and third week of Ramadan. Among the specialities are dishes by chef Zamzani Abdul Wahab fondly known as Chef Zam. Dishes such as gulai ikan tongkol, nasi kuning with gulai ayam, laksa, bubur lambuk Terengganu, mee rebus Terengganu, gulai udang, kerutuk daging, singang sotong hitam, gulai telur itik, ayam percik and ketupat sotong among others will be served for the enjoyment of diners.
