THIS Ramadan, chefs at Grand Lexis Port Dickson are whipping up a feast for the eyes and palate with a buffet inspired by the aromatic and exotic flavours of the Middle East.

Executive chef Aidil’l Muhader and his kitchen team scoured the Internet for recipes, pored over cookbooks and sampled the offerings of several Middle Eastern restaurants in the Klang Valley before deciding on the selection of dishes to feature on the hotel’s buffet menu.
