JOHOR BARU: A rewarding culinary experience awaits diners during the Ramadan month at the “Bufet Ala Bazar” buffet dinner at Gleneagles Terrace Restaurant, Pulai Springs Resort, Skudai, Johor from June 18 to July 15.
The kitchen team, under the tutelage of executive chef Ian Lim will present a buffet spread that boasts a plethora of piquant local salads, pickles, meat, seafood, barbecue and carving station, Indian, Chinese and Western food corners, desserts, an assortment of hot and spicy dishes and free flow of selected drinks in six rotational menus.
