From now until April 7, diners at Mosaic, Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur, can tantalise their taste buds with authentic flavours of Lebanese food by guest chef Ali El Bourji, who is executive oriental head chef at Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai, and started his culinary career in Beirut, Lebanon.
