A new Northern Indian restaurant that will fire up your tastebuds in Klang

A family effort: Jasbir worked hard to get Garam Masala off the ground with his wife, Inderjit (right) and daughter Ashveen.

AT GARAM Masala, a North Indian diner in Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang, an appetiser called pani puri (RM6 for five pieces) made of sugee flour is an interesting find.

These are mini puri pillows where you crack the shells, fill it with potato, tamarind soup and yogurt.
