Lamb yee sang the highlight for Year of the Goat

For a good year ahead: Tossing yee sang is customary at most Chinese New Year dinners. Diners at Si Chua Dou Hua, Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur, can choose from eight types — barbecue lamb, vegetarian goose, tropical fruits, soft shell crab, salmon, jellyfish, abalone and shark’s fin.

SI CHUAN Dou Hua at Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur will pay tribute to the upcoming Year of the Goat with the Barbecue Lamb Yee Sang, which takes the spotlight in its Lunar New Year menu.

The yee sang is topped with strips of thinly sliced lamb, which Chinese chef Foong Koon Sang said were barbecued similar to the char siew style.
