JOHOR BARU: Hundreds of people of all ages and races gathered at Taman Merdeka in Jalan Datin Halimah here to take part in Nestle Omega Plus’s Walk-A-Sunday programme.
The event, in collaboration with the National Heart Institute (IJN) foundation, saw participants walk and jog along a 1km route in an effort to encourage people to take healthy steps toward taking care of their heart.
