THE Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) had sealed off a hectare of land along Sungai Rawang next to Persiaran Tun Teja Utama following reports of unautho-rised earthworks at the site.
MPS corporate affairs deputy director Ahmad Fauzi Ishak said the work was being illegally carried out on Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) and Drainage and Irrigation Department (DID) reserve land.
