KUCHING: A plaque commemorating New Zealand’s contribution to Sarawak’s security during the Confrontation period has been unveiled at the Heroes Memorial Park here.
Presented by the New Zealand Malayan Veterans Association (NZMVA), it pays homage to the New Zealand Armed Forces personnel deployed to Sarawak from 1964 to 1966.
